Welcome to PageTurn Puzzles, a puzzle-book imprint operated by Inked Heart Press, LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our Shopify store. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products

PageTurn Puzzles sells physical and digital puzzle-related products, including puzzle books, printable puzzles, bundles, gift cards, and related merchandise.

We try to display product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. We may correct errors, update listings, change pricing, or cancel orders affected by mistakes.

2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your region. Taxes, shipping, customs charges, and other applicable costs may be added at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

3. Print-on-Demand Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Our physical books are printed to order. Production and delivery timeframes shown on product pages, at checkout, or in our Shipping Policy are estimates unless we clearly state otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the stated processing time. Delivery may be affected by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, customs processing, weather, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships.

4. Digital Products and Printables

Digital puzzles, printable files, downloads, and similar products are licensed for personal use only unless the product listing states otherwise.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, reproduce for commercial use, or modify our digital products for resale.

Digital product purchases may be non-refundable after access or download, as described in our Refund Policy and subject to applicable law.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

To request cancellation, email hello@pageturnpuzzles.com as soon as possible with your order number. Because physical books are printed to order, we cannot guarantee cancellation after production or fulfillment has started.

If an order has already entered production and cannot be canceled, the 30-day money-back guarantee remains available after delivery, subject to the Refund Policy.

6. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discounts, sales, and promotions may be changed or ended at any time. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively unless we choose to allow it.

Promotions may have additional rules, expiration dates, exclusions, or quantity limits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including product designs, puzzle content, artwork, text, logos, graphics, downloads, and images, is owned by Inked Heart Press, LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our site for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, email, reviews, and other business functions. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Product Information and Safe Use

Please review product descriptions and any age guidance or warnings before purchasing. You are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inked Heart Press, LLC and PageTurn Puzzles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. No Warranties

Our site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as expressly stated in a product description, our policies, or as required by law.

We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Privacy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory laws of a customer's jurisdiction apply.
