Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel great about ordering from us. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund.

Email us at hello@pageturnpuzzles.com with your order number and let us know what went wrong, and we'll take care of you.

Returning Your Books

Because our books are physical products, we ask that you return them to receive a refund. When you email us, we'll reply with simple return instructions and the return mailing address.

A few things to know: books should be unused and in their original condition, return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking, since we can't issue a refund for a return that doesn't reach us.

What a Refund Covers

A refund covers the price of the books you return. The original shipping you paid at checkout is not refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility. Shipping is a real cost for a small independent publisher, so we aren't able to cover it on a change-of-mind return the way a large retailer might.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at hello@pageturnpuzzles.com and include a photo of the damaged items. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

How Refunds Work

Once your return arrives, we'll confirm your refund has been approved and issue it to your original payment method within 4 business days. Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't seen it, please reach out at hello@pageturnpuzzles.com.

Non-Refundable Items

A few things can't be refunded: gift cards, free or promotional items, digital or downloadable products (once they've been accessed or downloaded), original shipping charges, and return shipping.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Just contact us at hello@pageturnpuzzles.com and we'll walk you through the next steps.
