Print-on-Demand Production

PageTurn Puzzles books are printed to order. This means your books are created after your order is placed.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for printing, followed by shipping time. During holidays, launches, sales, or carrier delays, production and delivery may occasionally take longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and the available shipping services.

Any free-shipping offer will be shown at checkout or described in the promotion.

Delivery Estimates

Carrier delivery time begins after printing is complete. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we clearly state otherwise.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Because books are made to order, PageTurn Puzzles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned or must be remade because of an incorrect address, additional charges may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery updates are managed by the carrier.

If your package appears delayed or lost, email hello@pageturnpuzzles.com with your order number and we will help investigate.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier, then contact us if you still need help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email hello@pageturnpuzzles.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging if you can. We will make it right in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
